Payment of booking fees
Where a booking requires the online payment of booking fees, the information required for payment is processed by the payment provider used by the website.
Escapades does not intend to store your complete bank card details. We may, however, receive and retain information relating to the transaction, such as the date, amount, payment reference and payment status.
The name of the payment provider will be added here as soon as the final payment solution has been selected and put into service.
Recipients of your data
Your information is accessible only to the persons who need it in order to process your request:
- Sylvie and Xavier for the management of enquiries and bookings;
- the relevant local guide or service provider, solely for the organisation of the excursion;
- the payment provider for the payment of booking fees;

Your personal data is not sold or rented to third parties.
Sensitive data
Certain information relating to allergies, dietary requirements, mobility or special needs may be necessary for your safety and comfort. Please provide only the information that is useful for organising your excursion.

Hosting and international transfers
The website is hosted by WordPress.com, a service provided by Automattic. Certain technical service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with the safeguards provided for by applicable legislation and their contractual commitments.
As part of organising an excursion, certain strictly necessary information may also be communicated to a local guide or service provider located in Morocco. This transfer is limited to the information required to perform the booking and organise the excursion.
