The Maroc en Vrai website, operated by Escapades, presents private excursions, receives travellers’ requests, checks availability and facilitates contact with the guides or local service providers concerned in Morocco.
Depending on the excursion selected, the service on site is provided by a guide or local service provider. Practical information required for the organisation of the day is shared with that person when necessary.
Booking and payment
After availability has been checked, an online deposit may be requested to confirm the booking. This deposit forms part of the total price quoted and is not an additional charge.
The remaining balance is paid directly to the guide or local service provider in Morocco, according to the arrangements stated in the booking confirmation.
Any expenses or optional services stated as not included in the base price are paid separately according to the arrangements specified on the excursion page or in the booking confirmation.
Booking confirmation
A request sent through a form does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.
The booking becomes confirmed after availability has been checked and, where a deposit is required, after that deposit has been paid.
The booking summary states the total price, the amount of the deposit paid online and the remaining balance to be paid locally.
